Sounds Decent When It Works
I really wanted to like this system.Easy BT connection.Sounds good when it's working right.Problem is, the bass went out after a few months. After trying support multiple times was finally able to speak to a rep and explained the problem.Sent out a replacement control unit/bass.This one worked for about 2 weeks then the treble went out.Initially a BT issue was suspected and multiple tweaks were tried. Not BT. The problem must be in the control circuit.I will give them credit for shipping a replacement but unfortunately it didn't last either. My advice, Keep Looking and try something else.Update:Boytone support came through with a complete new system. The first replacement was the main unit only and may have been a return.Either way, giving credit for the company standing by its product.Hopefully, this new unit will last.

Love it!
To be honest, was looking for cheap but, sound ok listening to music. This thing totally outdid what I thought. For the price and it has all the features I wanted, I absolutely recommend this. It sounds amazing, and I like loud with lots of bass and this shakes the windows of my house. I have only 1 small complaint and that's that it doesn't turn down enough when using wired input like TV. And the equalizer is a tad confusing. The bass goes up with the volume, so sometimes I turn it way up but, then have to turn the bass down a little. The treble stays the same? Either way. That's not enough for me to not love this thing. About to get another for the living room. Definitely buy this. I love loud music and not disappointed yet with this and had it like 4 months now.

Perfect! (But watch for interference!)
I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, and I needed a system that could handle bass. There is nothing worse than flipping to a song with heavy bass, but your stereo can't play it, so you only hear half the music. I took a gamble, ordered this, and feel like a winner! The sound is great, and fairly well balanced. It can handle both the intricate high notes of Romsky-Korsakov's Flight of the Bumblebee, and the bass of NCT's Boss. The system is a lot smaller than my old one, so I actually recovered some cubic feet of space, as well. This being said, there are two non-star-dockworthy things to be aware of. Firstly, standby mode took the whole "can't set the VCR clock" to a whole new level by building that in as an aesthetic. I really, really don't like the flashing red lines; it feels like there should be a clock there, but there's not.Secondly (and most importantly), this stereo is sensitive to wireless interference. I set it up next to my router since that's where the body of my old one was (speakers were located across the room). Without longer cables, I just set the speakers right next to the subwoofer. I noticed a hum coming from the speakers any time the system was on, and in playing around with placement, realized that the closer they were to my router, the louder the hum was. While I don't use Bluetooth with this system often (though I have with no issues), my experience has been that it can also be pretty touchy. So if you've purchased this system and you're having feedback and/or Bluetooth issues, before ditching it, try moving it. Just six inches made a huge difference for me.

Has an antenna cord but sounds great when set right
The sound is bomb BUT you have to reconfigure the antenna cord to a perfect spot or there will be A LOT of static. I disliked the fact that there was an antenna cord and because there were no instructions, you had to guess what buttons were for what. The lettering that appears after pressing the buttons isn’t helpful either as some don’t appear as actual letters. *sigh* In addition, the display screen is kind of pointless as it doesn’t display anything helpful/meaningful.

Sweet Sounds
So far I love this little stereo. The speaker cords are only 4-5 feet, so I bought some 25' cords & RCA adapters for this. I've been able to put the subwoofer in a corner, and the two main speakers under my TV. The stereo was okay with 4'-5' cables, but not the best.*With the sub in the corner*, and the main speakers across the room, it fills my home with bass. Very cool for sci-fi (Star Trek, Star Wars), and loud music (metal, rock, drum&bass). It can get a good deal louder than I need. It sounds nice at low levels too, and the bass is appropriately rich still. As long as the stereo lasts I feel $100 is a good deal. It's a better quality than I anticipated.I very much endorse buying longer cables & adapters for them to spread the system out in an acousticly favourable array. You can tap some stereo wire clips in your wall to keep it nice & tidy.
