3x time
this is ok good cuality, but not for my tipe of telescope. I use 10 inch dubsonian, it is ok for smal telescope.

Functioned as expected
Fast delivery of the 3X Barlow, easy to mount onto telescope, eyepiece functioned like it was supposed to, well-constructed. However, there was a central aberration that was probably due to the telescope, not the Barlow.

A decent but not great lens
This lens produces decent images...but with some chromatic aberration. Great for a beginner who wants to get a larger image as they decide whether or not to go full bore into astronomy. Celestron's 3X X-Cel LX barlow is a better lens...but at over 3X the cost.

Very clear view
I'm very much impressed with this 2x Barlow. It's all metal body as described by the seller. I also at the same time purchased the Meade Series 4000 Filter: ND96 and was using both items at the same time with the Meade filter screwed to the front of the erect image prism to view the Moon, and was amazed to see the Moon with so much details with the bright light all filtered out.The Vite 2x Barlow was very helpful to me especially for using those low powered eyepieces e.g. the Gosky 32mm and these sets of eyepieces Gosky 6mm 12.5mm 20mm. I got up this morning approx 1:30 AM and could not go back to sleep and decided to walk out my back step and what did I saw was both Saturn and Mars with the Moon approx 30 degrees (i.e. from the horizon to the Moon) setting at the west. I decided to take my Meade 90mm AZ Refractor Telescope and view those planets. I was really amazed, it's the first time I've ever seen Saturn & its rings using all the eyepieces mentioned earlier and best of all using this 2x Barlow Lens to bring the planets so close that I can see so much although its very far. I also had a good long look of Mars and was all excited about my short night events.A few nights ago I also viewed Jupiter using this 2x Barlow Lens and was also amazed with so much details to see the bands on Jupiter and seeing 4 of Jupiter's Moon. I was able to see more clearly with this Vite 2x Barlow than the one which came with my Telescope. Some reviewer complained that it's blurry probably its his/her fault by mishandling or it could be a manufacturers defect, but I beg to differ as the 2x Barlow that came with my Telescope is not as good as this Vite 2x, very clear and good wide enough viewing using my eyepieces.I'm very happy with this item and will recommend it to any newbies who likes the challenge to being an amateur astronomer.

Excellent Barlow
To my surprise, this barlow lens is very good. I was not expecting the build and lens quality to as good as it is for the price. What really surprised me is the optics. Very clear and has very little if any reduction in light transmission to the eyepiece, which I did not expect for such an inexpensive barlow. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good quality barlow without spending a lot.UPDATE: I just wanted to add an update on some testing and comparison I performed with this Barlow lens and a GSO Shorty Barlow. First, you will notice that SVBONY has reduced the diameter of the barlow element, compared to the GSO Shorty. The reason for this is to allow full insertion of the lens assembly into a scope with a diagonal eyepiece socket. That is a good thing, as it prevents the barlow lens from contacting the internal diagonal mirror and damaging it. With the GSO, the barlow cannot be inserted the entire way to the housing stop, since it will contact or damage the diagonal mirror. I thought that this diameter reduction may also reduce the light transmission, compared to the GSO, but in my testing that was not the case. I found the SVBONY optics to be a little brighter and clearer than the GSO. My only conclusion is because this particular SVBONY 3x barlow has a THREE element vs the two element in the GSO shorty. The only plus I have found with the GSO over the SVBONY, is the ability to remove the barlow element and thread it onto the eyepiece. That gives an option to reduce the magnification from a 3x to 2.5x, something you cannot do with the SVBONY. For me, that is not an issue and I would still recommend the SVBONY over the GSO brand, due to its better quality element and better fit into any scope.

A very good 2X Barlow lens
I already have Televue 2X barlow and the reason I need this one is that this SVBONY barlow can be used as 1.5 X by unscrewing the bottom component and screw to the eye pices. In my case, it is my ZWO ASI 462 camera. For this usecase, it works very well. But not only that. The 2X barlow turns out is a very good barlow lens. In my eyes, it is as good as my TV 2X barlow (MSRP 128USD) which cost 6 times more.I tested SVBONY 2X barlow side by side with TV 2X barlow on full set of TV plossl EP. The target was Saturn as I am doing shooting on it. I didn't use my TV Delos and Pentax XW EP to test as they are too heavy and I don't want to rebalance my set up during my image session, Mars is waiting for me (yes, I am writing this review while waiting Mars getting into position). The sample of SVBONY 2X barlow lens I received is also coated unlike some reviewer claimed. I examined it carefully under sun light. At first it did look like not coated, but then the reflection reveal some pink color. In comparison, The coating on TV Barlow was easier to be seen. The only issue I found is the edge of SVBONY 2X barlow lens are not blacked. Please see the attached picture (compare to TV Barlow). Hiwever I didn't see any issue when used it with Saturn. This SVBONY Barlow lens is a very good 2X Barlow. I can't believe I got it under 20 USD. Highly recommended. Please note, this review is for 2X Barlow only. Not 3X, not 5X, but 2X.
