Served to a few friends and they were disappointed with the filling not the chocolate!

This was sent as a gift, but was received melted and damaged so it could not be eaten. The recipient threw it away. It's unfortunate because of the great reviews regarding flavor. Per the return policy, this item is not eligible, and I can't get a refund. For me it was just a waste of money.
