Just the right amount of RDA's to meet my nutritional needs along with a proper diet. Very difficult to find a low dose vitamin; more is not always better!

I bought this product because it said no flavor. I put the recommended amount in a bottle of water. I gave my water a slimy feel. I could not drink it and I really forced myself. This is a total waste of money and time. Don’t believe the hype.

I have taken these vitamins for about 2 years now. Mainly because I'm in my 70's and I don't go outside when its too hot or too cold and don't get a good dose of sunshine.
