It fits flush against the rotor fade and hub.
For my 2006 Lexus IS350 it fits flush with the rotor face and hub. I got these for the fact that they are hub centric. They also fit flush with the ESRs set I bought. However the thinkess where too small for me, thats my mistake. Other then that they are perfect of you just need a little bit of space and want the wheel to be centered.
