Wasn't even able to return this crap. I’d give it 0 stars if it would let me. I bought them and when I finally got them I wore them for only a few seconds and immediately removed them. I boxed up and tried to return and they wouldn’t let me.Worst product on amazon.

I’m not sure about all the low ratings of this but once you get used to walking around in them, they definitely achieved the desired effect for my flat footed issues. Doesn’t look toooo noticeable with socks only and doesn’t stretch out and widen my shoes like with added insoles. I can jump in these. Haven’t tried running but don’t imagine it being an issue once I try with shoes. Very satisfied.

They are uncomfortable and unstable. I wouldn't recommend them.

They ripped down the middle the first day I wore them. Its a shame too, because they were comfortable to walk on.

This is a good product if you want to gain a couple more inches in height. I tried them on and they fit very well, I can't wear them all day. They start to feel odd. I can wear them for about half the day until my feet start to hurt. Still a great product.

After the first use they fell apart. Don’t bother.

The height for this insole is really suitable for me. And it helps me to increase the height secretely and build a good body positon. After wearing it, I feel comfortable and it fits my shoes tightly and perfectly. Also, the price is acceptable for me. Quality seems good enough. At least really elastic and stout. En, like it personally.

This thing was torn after the second use don’t buy this.They manufactures need to make the product more durable.Do not buy this.
