Product is very comfortable but there was no outer plastic packaging as well as the inner box also all opened. Product's genuinity is questionable ?????

Soft & amazing quality
Really soft! Loved it. I know it's pure cotton, can't really say how much it'll last but skin friendly and soft like i wanted
