No Momento Ink is better for alcohol ink. This is a waterproof ink, not meant for alcohol

Will this ink be permanent and waterproof on skin?

This will be permanent on paper but not on your skin. It will wash off.

Can this be used on natural rubber? Its for a product and important that it drys fairly quickly and does not smudge.

It does dry quickly and once dry won’t smudge unless you put alcohol on it. I can’t even guess how it will work on rubber. I always do a sample test. That is probably the best way to see if you are getting the desired results.
