I used shoes size 7 so what size should i choose m or l? and can i put this carryon suitcase?

This may help: I wear a size 9.5 boot and use an XL for the crampon. As per carry-on, they would inspect the inside of the suitcase anyway because it will set off metal detectors. Best bet would be to call the airline or TSA to make sure.

Is there a size chart available? I need to fit ladies size 10 and mens size 12.

I did not find a size chart. But there were only two size options, med and large. I picked the large, got them and they still didn't fit...too small for my size 11 boots. I sent them back and got a different product

Vibrim soles, of course. Keep in mind these are made for snow/ice…but I suppose they may work in the scenario you describe.
