Jaguar XJ6 1988 thru 1994: All models (Haynes Manuals)

This manual is much better than the workshop manual produced by Jaguars official publisher. The electrical diagrams are much much better than the official diagrams. I work on electronics for a living, and I could not make any sense out of the official electrical schematics. Haynes has put together some very sensible and easy to follow electrical schematics. Good schematics are an absolute necessity for troubleshooting electrical issues. They also have much better instructions and actual pictures of the different car parts, with great detailed instructions for removing and reassembling all the parts. Best of all, this manual cost 1/3 that of the official publishers manual, and if you were to buy the Jaguar service center authorized shop manuals, you would spend over $500.00. No thanks.

Haynes produces decent manuals for most all cars/trucks. I have about dozen of them for my various vehicles.As one might expect... they aren't 100% complete. I do find things that they manage to overlook or miss. But, they are certainly needed if you are one of those guys that fixes his own vehicles.This particular guide for the Jaguar XJ6 is no different. Be sure to keep it in the vehicle... so it's handy when needed.

Great book I learned a lot form it about my XJ6

These manuals are great! Not knowing anything about the XJ6 I decided to purchase, this manual allowed me to do the work I needed to it on my own, and for much less cost.

I buy one for every car i have. Haynes has all the torque specs of the nuts and bolts, pretty important. When i can't find the location of a sensor or something - always in the haynes.

This manual is hard to find but it is what I needed for my project. It is quite complete although there needed to be an additional manual for XJS models.

Covers my Jag repairs from head to toe. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes you need to jump around as some repairs require you to refer back to a another section.

This repair manual arrived sooner than expected. It is in very good condition (purchased as a used book). This will be very handy for trouble shooting and repairs to my car.I'm thoroughly happy with my purchase.
