This is a comfortable and effective splint. I originally bought one for my house, then got another one for the office, and am now buying a third one for my car.

This brace works beautifully to relieve the pain of severe trigger finger!! Don't forget to remove and bend the brace bar from finger tip, over palm to wrist. Make a relaxed natural bend under fingers!! I wear it at night, what a difference the next day. Very Happy!!

I have been wearing these every night during sleep, hoping they will help prevent my Dupuytrens from progressing to contracture. I had tried out other splints but these work so much better and are so much more comfortable. In my case I like wearing them on the outside of my hand and having my palm open and able to feel objects. I am able to wear it fairly loosely yet it still keeps my fingers 90% straight. I am impressed with these braces flexibility and the fact that the part that contacts your skin is comfortable soft neoprene, and not itchy velcro. I highly recommend this product.

I wore it last night, it did seem to help. I did have one problem the palm strap is about 2 inches to long for me, so it doesn't really tighten enough at the palm but otherwise fits well.

More economical, less complicated than others tried - comfortable during sleep - not sweaty. Went with this for second dupuytren's NA procedure instead of PT custom orthotic add on - glad I did. Note: small/medium size fits this male with large hands well so maybe size down - also wearing on back of hand instead of in palm as pictured as more comfortable.

On here it tells you to measure the circumference around your palm. The large would have worked for me. I have a wide hand. Honestly I didn’t think that made any sense but okay. So when I got it the bar for the finger was so long! I couldn’t Velcro at the end unless I had the bottom about 3” down my forearm. So I got the small medium. The bar still too long that it velcros on my cuticles/nails. So unless you have super long fingers this is basically useless. It’s also extremely uncomfortable. But maybe if it fits it would work properly

I damaged the tendon in my middle finger and palm, plus a fracture in the palm. I bought the REAQER Resting Hand Splint Stroke Immobilizer but it is bulky so I use that for sleeping. I then bought this one for daytime use and I love it.ProsEasy to put on and take off.Very stable.Easy to adjust the angle of the fingers.You can flip the splint so it goes under the fingers and palm and it gives you a nice change from having your fingers in the traditional placement.ConsNone.Quite simply, this is the best finger split I have ever owned and I've had a lot from years of basketball, breaking and training horses, motocross, skiing, and skydiving.
