I ordered to create a new home office. This had great reviews and a good price. I received it quickly and it was easy to assemble. I had an issue with the table not going up and down. The device was malfunctioning. I contacted the seller and I immediately had a tech reach out via text to me. They shipped a new motor immediately. Unfortunately it did the same thing. They knew then it was the device with all the mounting. They sent another out immediately and now my desk is up and down like a charm. I have had issues with lack of CS for so many purchases. Not this one. It is sturdy, rock solid, well balanced, beautiful, the perfect size and very dependable. I can not be happier.

This is a great standing desk for the money. Very well built, sturdy and good looking. The paint job is great, very glossy and thick. It was very easy to put it together alone, but I’m a handy guy, perhaps some parts are a bit heavy for a lady doing it by herself. The difficulty is the same as an IKEA furniture piece, the installation manual is pretty good, very descriptive with good pictures and helps you get it done in one clean shot. All the screws holes in the metal parts and the table top were perfectly aligned, but I must add that on the first try some of the table top holes were off by 1/8” so I could not get all screws in; I had to loosen the screws of the legs support that come pre-screwed to the table top to allow all screws in and then tight then all. I got all the pieces I need for installation, no extra screws or pieces and all very well packed, really neat. The motor is not too loud, runs smooth, the controls are pretty nice sensitive touch buttons with 4 memories. It’s very stable even in low carpet at maximum height, but it’s also pretty heavy. The table top is the standard 24”x48”, but I wish it was at least 30” deep, you’d get a lot more room in your desk. I’ll probably swap the table top later on by an IKEA Övaryd, but it’s out of stock due to the pandemic. I recommend it 100%, I’m loving it.

Lots of options available for this type of desk, with prices all over the map. But this UNICOO product is really good, in my opinion. It came very well packed, in a single box (very heavy -- impressed that the UPS guy could lift it by himself). Packaging is very good -- nothing damaged or scratched. All screw types are in their own little bags and well marked -- even spares of each type). Instructions are well written and illustrated (maybe a little small). Everything fit together perfectly. Took me about 45 minute to put it together (including eating a sandwich during the task). The top, though a laminate, is REALLY NICE -- I did not expect this to be the case. Rounded edges on the top surface are a nice touch. Operation is smooth and quiet. Keypad is nicely implemented, with 4-position memory which works consistently. The whole thing is very solid and sturdy, even at the standing height. Motor is visible, which my wife commented on -- I don't think this is a big deal, but probably could have been designed to rotate it 90 degrees up, and out of view. Again, no big deal. I am very impressed with this desk, and I have recommended it to my co-workers. I think my wife and I will be fighting over its use.

Overall, the table has value for money, with a few ergonomic issues for sitting config. Pros: - Smooth finish with appealing design - Sturdy stature, with minor wobble under no load conditions - Easy and quick installation - Easy to operate - Good standing height Cons: - Sitting height is too high. Height range is very limited. I am 6ft tall, and the table is too high for sitting position - with minimum height of 30.5 inch. A minimum height of 29" is ideal for my height. Other tables in similar or higher price range offers lowest height of 28". - Broken screw socket for the power adaptor fixture. Out of the two screw points, one came broken but the adaptor is light enough to be fixed in place at one end. - The cable outlet has a very flimsy cap, which falls right through the outlet - defeating the purpose of a cap.

Love the table. Its quite quiet, moves nicely and is adjustable to my height ( 6' 3") the only issue is that occasionally it locks up with the ASt error message. Usually just holding the down button for 5 secs will clear it but this morning that failed. I called the company and amazingly they responded immediately - great support ! However meanwhile I had wiggled the right side and rested my weight on it , that seemed to free it off . They suggested moving the rod underneath closer to the motor - lets see if that helps prevent this happened again but overall I'm very happy withe table and the company.

I was looking for a stand up desk within a reasonable price point. This thing does all it needs to without breaking my bank. I can sit at it comfortably (I’m 6’2”) and stand at it comfortably. The presets make stand up and sit down quick and easy (a note on presets below). Some items of note: - The framing of this desk is heavy duty. I was truly surprised at the weight of the legs. This alone made me feel great about the purchase. - Installation was simple for me. If you put together IKEA furniture, you can definitely do this. Just pay attention to the photos and keep things loose until all screws are in place before snugging them. For the drive bar, you have to tug on the end with the gasket to make it extend and finagle with the connection to the motor side (docked a star for “easy to assemble” because of this). Be patient and gentle. It’ll connect together. - Coloring was just as expected and the packaging was superb. No dents, dings, or scratches. - I couldn’t find any user manual for working the presets. If you want to set them, set the desk to the height you like and then press S immediately followed by the desired preset number (e.g., S then 2). You can simply press the number next time to automatically adjust to the desired the height.

This product and the seller are amazing. The desk is fantastic, sturdy, has 4 programmable memory settings for different heights, and feels/looks great. I have two large monitors, a computer and several work items on my desk and it has no problems holding the weight and moving up/down. I had one small issue with an "AST" error code, contacted the seller, got a very quick response with detailed pictures and simple instructions for fixing the issue. Worked like a charm and only took two minutes to do. Error was my fault for leaning too heavily on the desk while adjusting the height. Not a problem with the desk at all, actually a safety feature to prevent the desk damaging anything.

The frame is solid and feels really sturdy however the composite (MDF?) top damages really easily. However, for the price, it's an overall solid sit/stand desk. The good: Assembly was fairly straightforward, the metal frame is solid, it looks more expensive than it is, shipping was fast, and it's priced really well for a functional sit/stand desk. The okay: The motor seems to be working fine and raises/lowers the table just fine however it's not the most powerful motor and I wonder how long it will last. Only time will tell. The bad: My top arrived with an extremely noticeable indent on the edge of the top. Even with all the foam padding inside the box, it still wasn't enough to protect the top. Updating from 3 to 5 stars after experience excellent customer service from the seller. They contacted me to offer to send a replacement top free of charge and informed me that they improved their packaging to prevent damage during shipping. I was already settled in with my desk and didn't want to deal with the hassle so they offer a partial refund instead. I couldn't be more satisfied.
