Will this stay put inside a running shoe during exercise?

I don't run but I walk every day and they stay in place for me.

Why don't they ever have size 5-10 in white? I don't want a package of mixed colors, I need plain white.

Just guessing, but the white is probably most popular and gets sold out fastest. I have found the same problem.

Says 6 pairs, but shows 6 single peds. Is it 6 or 12 peds?

I received 6 pairs, but they were cut very small. I gave them a one star review. They were supposed to fit shoe sizes 10-13. I am a 10 1/2 narrow and could not get them over my toes. Buy the next size up if you want them to fit.
