The display on our old digital thermometer finally started to fail, so we searched through reviews until we found this thermometer. So far, it's worked very well. We've used it for meats, as well as candy and chocolate. It's easy to use and the read out is a great size, offering quick results. Though we don't have our old thermometer to compare, it appears to provide accurate readings. We have yet to need to recharge its batteries but are glad we'll only have to plug it in for a quick recharge, rather than tracking down those stupid batteries again. Like this thermometer well enough that we'll be getting a couple others to give as stocking stuffers this Christmas.

I needed a new meat thermometer as mine just stopped working. This one came highly recommended so I was eager to try! The temperature appears almost instantly when inserted into the meat. Easy to read, great brightness and super easy to use. I am so glad I got this because it's functions so well! Great value for your money. Highly recommend

It works very well! Checking the temp on my yogurt maker—it probably takes about 2-3 seconds for the read but that isn’t a problem for me. I would definitely recommend it if you have to immerse the tip in a liquid or some other food.

I have used this digital thermometer for the past 2 years and it provides the assurance my food is at a safe temperature. It give a quick read out which is easy to read. The folding probe allows you the flexibility to check temperatures on the stove top, in the oven or in the grill. The hold button lets you check in remote areas were it may be hard to see. One feature that is a bonus is the magnetic back permitting me to attach it to the side of the refrigerator which keeps it handy near the stove.

Very happy with this thermometer! I've used it on the Thanksgiving turkey and on a pork roast. Quick temp reading that is easy to read! Probe is easy to clean.

I Love this thermometer. Bought it to update and semi-replace my old stab in the slab of meat thermo. It has been wonderful and I've made foods right on temperature point. The digital read out is just so accurate. After use I haven't dunked it into the sink but clean it with soapy sponge wiping. I am concerned if it gets totally wet the digital readout won't work anymore. Red is my accessory color in the kitchen and the magnet is strong although I usually keep it in a drawer. No regrets on buying this.

I was very concerned about delivery as (according to Amazon) it was held-up in customs somewhere and no real sense of how long for. The supplier was confident it would be delivered within stated window, but they often do don't they. This would have been of no use if delivered late. Subsequent tracking detail from the supplier was more positive and albeit a little surprised it did arrive on time. I tested against known accurate sources (not sauces ha.) I found they agreed. Has been used quit a lot now and been a great help on every day cooking not just the important special event I bought it for. As it is accurate, easy to use its good value too.

This thermometer is super easy to use. Really love the large LCD display, the extra battery included, and the magnetic back. I keep it stuck to the side of my fridge where I can always find it exactly when I need it. I've never had strong feelings about a meat thermometer before but I LOVE this one!
