Will this attract import duty to purchase from UK?

If you are buying from Amazon UK , you will not pay import duty as I didn't have to . If this was the case , it would be explained at the point of sale .

Whats the difference between this and the older model?

Apparently, this version comes with little, thin pads you stick onto the bottom of the magnetic pieces to reduce scratching and noise as they travel around the board, and apparently the white pieces (known as ‘biscuits’) are a little more rounded to reduce them from jumping off the table when they’re hit hard.
