Q: How much should I need for a patio set, table + 4 chairs + bench?

I did 4 chairs and I still had half a bottle left. I even did a second coat on the arms. Hope that helps.

Q: How long can the unsed product be stored? I want to buy the gallon and use half this year and half next.

It lasts a long, long time. I bought a gallon several years ago, use about a quarter of it a year and it seems to work perfectly. It does not 'go bad' though you do want to be sure that you have the cap on tight to prevent evaporation.

Q: Will this oil go bad or deteriorate with age?

All products have a shelf life. Teak Oil typically is good for 3-5 years depending on where & how it is stored.
