Windows 8.1 for Seniors QuickSteps

Great for those who have a Windows 8 machines and little computer experience.

Very pleased with purchasing this book for my cousin. I have the same book only it is for Windows 7 for Seniors. Great book !!!Better than Windows 7 for Dummies. Easier to understand with photos of what the screens look during your computer learning.I found this book to be my go to for assistance. Now that I sent one to my cousin, he can navigate and learn Windows 8.1. Great price from this seller with quick delivery. I saved money which is always appreciative.

Could use more illustrations. Geared to seniors diagrams or screen shots are most helpful but would like to see more

I've tried to work with other books but found this particular book, Windows 8.1 for Seniors, Quick Steps, made it simpler for me. I keep it by my new computer and use it also as a reference guide. I've highly recommended it to my friends .Since I am not a whiz with computers, but with this book is helping me, I am improving, I thank Marty Matthews for his help! The price is right and how do you put a price on this valuable knowledge today?

This book is so useful. I purchased a new computer and have found the SeniorsQuick Steps easy to use and quick reference to save me from having to hire a geek to solve the problem.

why won't it load on my kindle ???

This book is written in plain simple to understand language and the pictures of the screens are in colour so when you look at the computer screen you understand the screen you are looking at very easily, I would recommend this book to anyone who is not computer literate.

I am 89 but have had a good few years experience in a very amateurish way of computers; this book suited me perfectly in using 8.1 on a new laptop. Readable, logical and very well illustrated.

Bought for my father who tired to use it but didnt get too far, he is a technophobe thoguh
