I love this brand! I buy them over and over! Their products taste fine and the quality overall makes my mood better, I have more energy and helps me personally with some nausea. I believe it is quick absorption because I feel a difference not too long after taking! Non toxic with good ingredients are the way to go!

I’ve been taking the Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex for a few weeks, and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it’s made from whole-food sources rather than synthetic fillers. I’ve noticed more steady energy throughout the day without the jittery feeling I sometimes get from other B supplements. My digestion hasn’t been upset at all, which is a plus since B vitamins can sometimes cause stomach discomfort. Overall, it feels like a high-quality, well-formulated product. I’ll continue using it.

First, I'd like to say that this vitamin really helps keep me on track. I appreciate it's gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO, which is important to me. No synthetic fillers too! I've noticed a boost in my energy and overall mood. It's easy to take and I feel good knowing it's a quality product. Definitely recommend for daily wellness.

I absolutely love this line of Vitamins. After using it myself for a couple of years, I got the Raw One for Men for my boyfriend who has chronic Lyme and is on a 6 week course of IV antibiotics which is absolutely draining him on every level, physical, mental and emotional. I'm a medical intuitive and so it was very clear to me that without a doubt, the main reason he was feeling so bad was because his internal flora was so severely depleted and his body was very vitamin depleted as well. So I immediately ordered him the Raw One for Men as well as the Raw B Complex. I absolutely love this brand of vitamins - I use the Raw One for Women, as well as the B complex, and the Raw E, Raw Zinc, and Raw Iron as needed and I think they're the best vitamins I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot) I love that they're live food based as well as have digestive enzymes and probiotics. I realize that there is some controversy as to whether these are truly food-based or not, so all I can say is that they work for me and MY body takes to them as though they are food, much better than any other vitamins I've taken. I actually feel a difference, and don't have neon yellow pee after I take them, so this tells me that my body is assimilating them. I think the key to deciding in terms of issues like this, is instead of worry so much about what other people say is to just experiment and see whether they work for YOUR body or not. For me, I think these are amazing. I need to supplement because I have celiac and absorption issues, and although I eat very healthily, I don't eat much and am an athlete. Same with my boyfriend - he has Lyme, he doesn't eat much and is an athlete. So supplementation is a must for both of us. And we both agree that these are the best. He was actually totally amazed at how well these worked, as he's not really a supplement/vitamin guy - but these made all the difference in the world for him. The 6 week course of IV antibiotics was absolutely kicking his butt, and he's a super strong guy that can pretty much push through anything - but he wasn't able to push through this. After getting on these he's feeling great, and able to hike and ride his bike again. The difference for him has been night and day and he could hardly even believe it. He kept trying to figure out what changed because at first he didn't believe it could've been just the vitamins! I assured him it really wasn't that odd as I had a similar experience with them although not quite as dramatic. They really do work. They really do make a difference. Of course, YMMV. Your mileage may vary. And you also have to take care of yourself, eat healthily, exercise if possible, keep stress levels as low as possible, get sufficient sleep/rest and do what you can to take care of you mental, physical and emotional states as well, which we both do. No vitamin or supplement is really going to do much if all you do is sit around, eat fast food and stay up late watching TV. But if you're doing everything right and still not feeling good, these vitamins just may be the thing that gets you back on track on your way to peak health. These are pretty good. I just wish they made a bigger bottle for bulk ordering, like for 4, 6, or 12 months worth. And I understand the concern over microplastics, but shipping these in a glass bottle is not smart. I would note that there is something in my stack that is reversing my grey hair. It maybe this or the AAKG I'm taking. I'm not exactly sure yet.

I became familiar with Garden of Life supplements several years ago while working at an organic cafe and juice bar that also had a small boutique grocery store. The product manager was selective about the products they chose to sell due to limited space. I continue to appreciate the integrity of their formulations. The Vitamin B Complex provides steady energy without the jittery feeling some synthetic brands cause. These are made from whole food sources, and I notice an overall improvement in mental clarity and endurance. The capsules do have a mild earthy scent, but that’s typical for raw, plant-based vitamins. I will add that this is one of the only supplements I can take without food and feel energized after, no upset stomach.

Wonderful supplements. I feel my clarity of mind is back and my energy levels have increased. I take this in combination with an Omega 3 supplement and magnesium and it has done wonders for my depression.
