I purchased this product to help control hair breakage. It is miracle in a bottle, I saw a reduction in the breakage after the first application. I will buy again and definitely recommend this to anyone experiencing minimal breakage and/or shedding. If breakage is a major problem, I recommend the Aphogee 2 step treatment, which will also stop breakage immediately.
