I would highly recommend buying this product. The customer service is 1st rate. They care about their customers and stand behind there product(s). I have bought a few different compact jump starters and this one is by far my favorite. The carrying case is hardshell so it protects the device and components. It includes a User Manual, no need to download it or try and find the right model. The functionality of the device is great and easy to use. Whether you need a jump start for your vehicle, charge any device that uses a USB like your cellphone, or maybe you need a flash light, this device has you covered. if you are in need of help, it has an S.O.S. light or strobe light. It's compact and yet rugged to hold up to get the job done. You can fit it under your car seat or in the glovebox, it's entirely up to you where you want to store it. I bought this for a gift and my friend told me it was better than having to wait for roadside to come out and jump their battery.

The media could not be loaded. This battery jump pack is an excellent choice. The battery pack is easy to use and reliable.I have used the battery pack three times and it still shows 100% power. With this battery pack you do not need to turn on either the on switch or the power switch simply hook up the jumper cables included, connect the red to the positive, the black to the negative, and you will get a steady green light. Get inside your car, turn off all the accessories, and start the car. After starting the car, remove the black cable first and then the red cable.The unit also allows for using the flashlight, USB charging, or with a 12 volt adapter. when using these functions you need to first turn on the switch on the side of the unit.The flashlight has a steady light, strobe function, a SOS strobe, and a red and blue emergency type strobe. It is turned on with the power button and you cycle to the correct light stream by hitting the power button until you get to the light desired. Hold the power button to power the light off.The USB charging allows for a standard 1.5 amp and a 2.1 amp USB ports. It also has a 12V cigarette type adapter that can be used also.The USB C Port is an import port to charge the unit. The instructions say you can use a five amp charger, but I would recommend a higher output charger to charge the battery pack. The battery pack even, if you haven’t used it, you should recharge it every three months to make sure the charge is refreshed and holding. Most likely you can go longer than this but if the charge drops below 50% it most likely will not jumpstart your car. This is recommended with most other battery packs as well.I jump started my minivan 3 times and still says I am at 100%. One time the battery was completely dead and it started the car immediately.I would recommend it to a friend. An enemy I would recommend buying on TEMU.

Very good piece of equipment. Many capabilities for very fair price. Sturdy construction and very nice case. Great for the garage and to add to any tool kit.

Bought this and it turned out to be a great investment. It jump-started our truck with no issues and gives peace of mind on the road. Compact, powerful, and the USB charging and LED lights are a great bonus.

This product was a godsend! I had a failing battery that couldn't hold a charge, not enough money to pull the trigger on a new battery, but just enough to buy this unit and it saved me! Prime even delivered it the same day! I had to use it EVERY time I started the car for 2 weeks, and it never let me down!Make sure you charge it up fully before using it!SUPER easy to use:1. Plug in module & light turns green.2. Connect the Red.3. Connect the Black.4. Press the power button.5. Go turn your ignition on.It's that simple.Just don't take too long to get in the car and start it. The unit will reset to off after several seconds of connection to protect your system so don't leave it connected to your battery too long and disconnect it after you start your car.The colors are cool! The carrying case is cool! You can use a 12v adapter to run your vacuum or other plug-ins too. My vacuum also inflates tires and I used it with no issues. USB to charge a phone or other peripheral is also a major win.Charge it. Put it in your trunk. You'll always be safe. The safety flashlight is a super bonus too!5 🌟 from me.I already got my money's worth and it hasn't even been a month! I eventually got a new battery by the way. Love this - has been a lifesaver on several occasions for me and others. Keep it in the car trunk (recharge every three months). Small but powerful. Has been reliable and would highly recommend his product and brand.

Since purchasing I’ve had the opportunity to use it twice. First time was on a completely dead Jeep that was sitting several days after my house sitter killed it by leaving the lights on. Hooked it up per the instructions and got the red light. Apparently not enough juice to raise the dead, but a vehicle to vehicle jump did the trick in this situation.Second instance was on my friends Yota 4-Runner. Somehow she ran the battery down while we were catching up so rather than break out the jumper cables I used the NEXPOW Jump Starter to jump her. It started right up and she was on her way. So it’s a great alternative for an on the spot jump, but not so much for a severely depleted battery.It’s easy to use, instructions clear and says it’s good for 12 months when fully charged (barring any use) but recommends charge to full every 3 months to prolong its life. I set a reminder to charge it every 3 months personally.Definitely a good thing to keep with the rest of your emergency gear in your vehicle and easier and safer than a vehicle to vehicle jump.
