Was looking for some replacement filter bags for my old/discontinued wet-dry vac. It's a 2.5 gallon size from a brand called Stinger that I think was originally sold at Harbor Freight. Either way, I used to be able to buy the replacement filter bags from Harbor Freight, but they've now redone their whole line of vacuums and unfortunately no longer sell the bags I need. My vac is still going strong after all this time and shows no signs of stopping (and mind you it was even once accidentally dropped in the pool), so I decided to take to Amazon to try locate some filter bags that would work. I took a chance and ordered these, as they looked to be fairly similar to what I remember buying before. Thankfully, they fit great! (An extremely tight fit though, much as the previous ones also were.) They seem to be almost identical to the ones I'd been using previously. They are made from the thick, papery type fabric that basically all disposable vacuum bags seem to be constructed from, which is to say, they are quite durable and strong. So if you're needing filter bags for your own Stinger wet-dry vac, look no further. These are great replacements and will do the job nicely.

I have had a Harbor Freight brand (Chicago Electric, now called Central Machinery) Wet/Dry Vac for 12 years. It has been a great value, but the original filter was getting thin and about to rip. Now anyone who has used HF products knows that spare/replacement parts are virtually impossible to get. They just don't deal in replacement parts. I think their marketing strategy is just buy another one of whatever the product is! So I searched around for these replacement filters and found this 6-pack for a reasonable price. They fit perfectly on the 5 gallon HF Vac, and seem to be good quality. The Product description does indicate a "cleaning tool" is included, not sure what that would be, maybe a brush of some sort, but there is no cleaning tool included, just the 6 filters. If these last anywhere close to the original (which never struck me as high quality to begin with) this six-pack will probably be the last filters I will ever buy!

They are a little snug but work fine on our Harbor Freight shop vac. The filters get so nasty that it’s just easier to change them sometimes so I like having these on hand. This was our 2nd purchase of this item.

Great quality and better quality than what u find in stores especially hard to find size for smaller wet dry vacs.

Just happy to find a filter to fit my discounted Wet/Dry Vacuums. It was a tight fit, but it works great.

The elastic is strong and durable; the material appears strong and durable. Unfortunately I had to return it since it didn’t fit what I needed it for.
