Hi. Is the high and low temperature difference adjustable?

There is no high and low difference. You set stat to what you want, ie 20 degrees, if temperature is lower, boiler come on; raises temperature to 20 degrees; thermostat switches off (temperature reached); boiler switches off. If you set to 14 degrees and temperature is consistently above that..... boiler will not come on.

Honeywell thr830teumti is it mains only, also has it got frost protection thanks.
