I have been using raw, unprocessed honey for many years and have tried several trustworthy brands. After reading good reviews, I decided to try Dadev Forest Honey (Lot No. GNP/269/R/25/01/1). Sadly, it was a big disappointment.The honey comes in a plastic bottle. That may be fine for some people, but it was a letdown for me. High-quality raw honey is usually packed in glass to keep it fresh and safe.The honey is just overly sweet, but has no natural aroma, no flavor, and no richness. It feels flat and lifeless. I honestly doubt if it’s truly raw, unprocessed forest honey.Another issue is the lack of transparency. Good brands usually mention the forest region the honey comes from (like Sundarbans, Nilgiris, etc.), but this brand does not mention anything. The bottle has a label saying “NMR Tested,” but there is no certificate or proof—and this claim is not even mentioned on the Amazon product page.There is nothing special about this honey that would make me buy it again. Maybe I received a bad batch, but my experience was disappointing.In the end, it felt like a waste of money and trust. I do not recommend this product.
