Absolutely brilliant! I really didn’t want to spend a fortune on resistance bands, so these were a great alternative!

Good resistance band set
This is a good resistance band set in five different measures of resistance. I don’t know how much they will sell for so can’t comment on value for money. But they are nice and strong and great for resistance while exercising.

These are ok for the price. They have already started fading after very little use.

Serious rolling
Poor, I don’t know whether it’s because they are rubber but they roll up soooo much when they are put above the knee doing leg workouts. I wouldn’t bother buying them instead invest in some cotton ones as they shouldn’t roll up.
