UPDATE: After using this cup every day for one year, it’s still in great condition. It has held up nicely in the dishwasher and the lid comes apart so easily for extra cleaning. The snap sipper cover has not worn and locks in place securely, providing a tight seal. Still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.After buying many thermal cups and returning them because they didn’t stay hot long enough for me to finish drinking my coffee in about a half-hour, I’ve finally found the perfect thermal cup.The difference is the vacuum seal. Well made and sturdy; tight seal and does not leak; stays very hot for about an hour and warm for a few hours; fits nicely under my small Keurig without having to remove the bottom piece; dishwasher safe; easy to remove the sturdy lid; easy open and close sipping hole. This cup is not flimsy.Some have commented that it’s difficult to remove the lid, but if you open the sipping hole, the lid unscrews on and off easily by releasing the vacuum seal.Another feature that sets it apart is that I can brew a 12-oz cup of coffee without the water overflowing, with room to spare.I have only positive things to say about this cup. It’s perfect and far superior to the others I’ve tried, including expensive popular name-brands.

This was my second purchase of this mug. I bought it for a friend for Christmas since I loved mine so much. This mug comes apart completely to clean. The two plastic rings come off, the inside of the lid comes off. The easiest travel mug to clean ever. It keeps my coffee nice and hot for hours with no need to temper the mug first, even though that might help. Leak proof *as long as you remember to put it all back together* twice I’ve grabbed my mug and not make sure it was reassembled correctly and ended up with hot coffee all over me. I check it now and don’t assume. Great product - only complaint is - I wish it was larger. But that a personal coffee issue.

It keeps my liquids warm for 3+ hours. It is also a good size (holds a large mug of coffee). However, if I put hot liquids in there, I think a sort of vacuum is created and it becomes VERY hard to twist the lid off. Also, if you don't correctly attach the inner rubber part of the lid, it spills easily too, even if the main lid is on tightly. Lastly, if you put things like coffee with milk in it, it can easily get trapped in the lid's plastic and rubber ridges, making a proper cleaning quite difficult.

This is my second thermos Tumbler coffee mug I already own the 16 ounce one. what’s good about this size? It’s perfect for commuting, very reliable and it does not spill. I like the nonslip Texture they provide, it appears to be scratch proof because the paint is baked on which will provide years of use with a good looking exterior. The color says Matcha green, but it kind of looks like gray. If you don’t have anything green to compare it to. The price point is perfect. Compared to a lot of competitors. You are getting a quality Coffee Tumbler

I needed a leakproof container. This leaked all over and has a stupid design. You have to remove the lid to open it while it is covered with your drink, then put it back on to drink. I returned it.

I was nervous that this would be another "leakproof" fail - not the case! This is the travel tumbler I've been looking for! I am not a fan of the color options (wish they had brighter color options), but it's a great investment.
