Most likely going to return this product.I bought x2 two door controllers for a home projectThe supplied software is in Chinese, managed to find a English version online, but the software doesn’t like windows 10, it’s old windows 2000 software, so constantly wants old unavailable drivers, and then crashes, no faith in it for reliability, how you get away with selling this rubbish is beyond me.I’d advise spending more money and getting something branded, avoid this junk.

I've now installed this product but nothing but issues three days on is easy to install and I have two sites with this set up but this door access control that I paid for is useless as the software does not work keeps giving me error signs in the software I think.

Pros:The hardware design is quiet nice and a good build quality.The provided instructions are detailed and I had no issue wiring up the board.Once the board and software has been installed getting the system setup is really easy: Add User > Scan Fob > Setup the user > Upload to the board > Finished.Cons:The CD supplied with the control board only contained a Chinese version of the software, I was able to use a translator app to install this and then find the option to change the language to English.After checking the manufactures website I was able to download a newer version of the software that installed in English by default, I'm unsure why this was not included on the CD provided.The software is actually fairly old and unfortunately it shows. Simple features like door groups doesn't exist and sadly there is no SDK to allow developers better integration or management.Lastly, security. The board is not protected by any security measures so take precautions regarding who has access to the physical network the board is installed on. There is nothing stopping an unauthorised user on the same network gaining access to this board.
