Q: What is the inlet size?

I bought 3/4 fittings for the bottom supply and top ports for the water heater, doesn't fit. Wonder if they changed the size of the ports since 2015?

Q: Are the duel connections on one end of the manifold hot and cold inlets and the single connection on the bottom a valveless outlet?

The top left is a hot inlet. Then there is a cold inlet/outlet on the top and one on the bottom. They do not have a valve as they are supply lines. For my set up, the top left inlet is hot water return from the water heater. The top right cold is used as an outlet to the water heater. The bottom is used as a cold inlet from my water main. All of them are 3/4" and you MUST purchase the Viega Manabloc brass supply inlets (Viega 46414 PureFlow Zero Lead Brass PEX Crimp Supply Adapter with 3/4-Inch by 1 Crimp x Manabloc Supply). I tried several other brands to save some money and they did not fit properly.

Q: what size are the intake ports

The intake is a 1" port with proprietary threads that only work with Viega Fittings, also they make an adapter that can reduce the one inch port down to a 3/4" port.

Q: Does this item come with accessories: 24 crimp connections, 3/4" npt supply adapter, supply end cap, 2 mounting straps, and the valve t-handle??

Comes with the 24 crimp connections (crimp rings not included), Comes with the T handle, does not come with 3/4" npt supply adapter, does not come with supply end cap, does not come with mounting straps.
