Love these headphones. This is my 3rd set.
I bought this set for my work PC. Audio is excellent for music and video chats. I like this style because I don't want the earbuds in my ears all day while at work. I let them dangle around my neck, then pop them back in for meetings. Never had an issue with audio clarity. People say they can hear my voice very clearly. Music sounds great for Bluetooth. The battery lasts up to 10 hours for me with a mix of meetings (2-4 hours) and audio (2-4 hours) with the remaining 2 hours or so on standby. My only compliant is that they sometimes connect only as a headset, not as headphones (for music) when I first connect them so I have to reconnect them again. Otherwise, no issues.I have one other set I use for my personal PC to chat with family, listen to Spotify and do some light gaming. My first set is used for travel with my cellphone and have lasted about 4 years so far. The only issue with them is some battery degradation (I only get about 4 hours out of them). They still sound great. This pair has a lot of hours on them.

Inexpensive, good sound, and some minor annoyances and rapid *failure*
Initially, I said "Overall, these are a nice pair of ear buds. It takes a few days for the sound to 'mature' as the drivers break in. The main annoyance is that pairing with my phone often fails. The other issue worth noting is that using the higher quality codecs (eg LDAC) substantially reduces the battery life by ~1/2. This is mentioned on the item page, but is very easy to miss."However, within a few weeks of my posting this the headphones began to make a static sound and then stopped making sound all together (i.e. failed). It happened on the last day I could actually return the item (I didn't realize this at the time), and *three* attempts to contact 1More (via email and their webpage's phone number (out of service due to covid) and 'contact us' form) has yielded no response after over a week of waiting. As a result, I've reduced my rating from 4 to 1 star.

Well-designed inside and out; sounds great; minor annoyances; all-in-all a definite value for the $$
I've been in search of a neck-based wireless earbuds for $50-$100 and I've found it. The two other products I have which are referenced in this review are for comparison (Shure SE-215 is ~ $150 and Phaeser BHS-530 is <$30). I've read external reviews on this 1MORE product and the value provided for this price point and it usually almost always comes on top.POSITIVES:* Construction of the product is sound and the neck-base is comfortable, doesn't slide a bunch, and doesn't react to cold/hot air temperatures. I cite this latter item specifically as I've tried units where the material used would react to the temperature around it and then become irritating to wear on first touch or over time.* Controls are simple, easy, and intuitive to use.* Case provided helps ensure to keep the headphones clean and in working condition.* Plethora of removable earbud inserts available* Very well designed box inside and out, so much so that this is one of few boxes I'll keep, despite the size.* Sound quality is clean and crisp, the highs aren't annoyingly bright, the mid is almost right, and the low is not overly boomy. I will state I've NOT used the earbuds with uncompressed audio; my primary source is the Apple devices that I connect to it.* Uses the latest charging interface -- USB-C and is quite quick at chargingNegatives:* Microphone sensitivity is on the low side. In some cases, normal speaking voice was not picked up, so I had to speak a little louder for it to come through.* Every so often, I have to "forget the device" in order to reconnect it* It can only connect to one device at a time; my more expensive Shure and cheaper Phaiser product can connect to two sound sources at the same time, using the same device name. This latter part is important, as this device has two names 1More Headset BT and 1More Music, the former is the primary one. It can connect two source sounds, but using the two separate names, whereas the aforementioned other products can connect two sound sources to the same device name.* Battery Life is average; both my more expensive Shure and cheaper Phaiser products last longer* The wired portion to the neck-base is a little lengthy; I wish it could retract or be shorter.

Battery life issues
This is a long term review. After three years of use, these earphones leave a lot to be desired. While sound quality has been acceptable, battery life continues to degrade. I would estimate I’ve used these earphones maybe 50 times. Battery life started out as acceptable - maybe 8 or 10 hours but won’t go beyond about 3 or 4 hours now.

Excellent ear phones.
Excellent sound but does not have active noise reduction.

Better audio quality than some $200 earbuds
Had several pairs of these audio quality is better than any other earbuds I've yet to try including some that cost 10 times as much, but it does come with some trade offs.Pros: excellent sound quality, especially with LDAC, battery life is better than any earbud at 10hrs with LDAC turned off and gives automatic notifications at 50% and 10% charge, and charging is rapid. Comes with a ton of ear tips and are very comfortable to wear for long periods, no ANC but doesn't really need it, as they naturally block out most ambient noise, I can have clear phone calls even when operating heavy machinery. BT range is around 50ft so you can walk around and not lose connection.Cons: main issue is some examples have connectivity issues, and are prone to dropping audio back to the handset when switching from listening to music/video to phone calls. Battery life with LDAC enabled is poor, 4-6hrs at most, and finally they have poor build quality/durability, with how cheap they are it's something I mostly overlook, although it can be annoying to have pieces fall off, but if they last a year of constant use I considermyself to have gotten my money's worth.
