That night, I ate the tofu I made myself.

The leaves fell off my avocado plant when I brought it indoors. After I fed it the Gypsum, the leaves are growing back.

I've been distilling my drinking water and have been content with that. But I needed to add minerals so I can use it for making coffee. This has proven to be an excellent source of calcium.
