Bando USA 6PK1930 OEM Quality Serpentine Belt

Great quality and fit for my 2001 Lexus GS300. First start up hot or cold, the belt made no noise what so ever. The belt also looks and feels very high quality. OEM from Lexus is a Mitsuboshi belt for my 2001 GS300 ($70+) However, Toyota/Lexus will use Bando on many of their vehicles depending on their model. So you get OEM quality at a much more affordable price. Highly recommend for fellow 2JZGE owners.

Over the years I have had to replace the serpentine due to normal wear and tear and normally buy this brand ONLY.About a year ago I replaced my timing belt, tensioner, idler, water pump and got an off brand belt at the same time to install....MISTAKE. I bought all OEM parts for the rest and for some reason (I can't recall) bought an off-brand serpentine belt. Well long story short, too late for that I guess..LOL it squealed like a pig when the engine was cold. I don't mean COLD as in 30 degrees, I just mean sits for 12 hours at 75 degrees.SOooooo went back to Bando and you can physically see the difference in the belts. The grooved section is much thicker than the competitors belts and they are whisper quiet at all times.Buy it, install it and be done with it....

Did not fit my 2003 Porsche Boxster (too big) so I returned it.

Bought this belt for my ls1... long story short I threw the belt (common ls issue, aka too much HP because it's an ls duh!) . Instead of snapping off when she let loose, the ole bandido belt held on for dear life like jack holding rose's hand at the end of titanic(there was def room for one more on that door). So no big deal right? Well the belt twisted up like 4 college cheerleaders playing twister. Why is this significant you ask? After my first attempt at reinstalling the belt it was about an inch too short. So my next brilliant idea is too hook up the belt to two vehicles like a tow strap. After some hard tugs and almost bent bumpers the belt didn't stretch a bit. I'm now convinced this belt is what toyota used to attach the space shuttle to that tundra. So if you're sure you won't ever throw a belt, buy it because it will prob be your last(till death do us part). If your engine likes to get rowdy and sweat HP , be AWARE, it might rip your engine apart Like the buster's(RIP) eclipse in fast and the furious 1 when he ignores the danger to manifold!
