Korean Red Panax Ginseng Root Extract, 7,500mg Serving, 240 Softgels – 150mg Active Ginsenosides

This is the product I expected in a perfect gel cap.

At 15% ginsenosides, I could take one with morning coffee or tea, even with fibro fog, but I know the effect ginseng has on my hormonal system, and in today's battle with common chemicals we need all the help we can get. With all the fake estrogens in flooring and cars, plastics and cans, even still-present BPA that even blocks testosterone, ginseng gives a positive response to estrogenic systems and protects androgen receptors from chemical and metabolic stress. Yes, even the stress hormone itself, cortisol. These are little footballs, a bit more rounded and more like rugby balls, but I included a picture because some people worry they might be hard to swallow. I'm in my seventies and they're easy for me, but some older people might not do so well with pills. I take two and, honestly, stay at the computer too long, but I get my household stuff done and the cooking is great. I need to point out that these aren't for kids or even teenagers, and don't take them if you're pregnant. Nancy Forger, one of the leading neuroscientists in the US, said "You are what your mother eats". When eating even the same line of food can affect how a baby is made, you can't "graze like a goat". But for adults, to me it's a necessity. No wonder the ancient Asians believed in its healthful properties so much, beyond the the easy stimulation, to call it an elixir. Having used ginseng off and on for almost 50 years, I would've given it four stars because it's not the super-expensive black tar yucky stuff, but at this effectiveness and this price, definitely a 5.

4/5 not 5/5 because the size/shape of the capsule is difficult for me to swallow. When I take with water it often gets stuck in my throat 😕I find best to take with smoothie or yogurt to push it down. But I love the benefits

I started taking these for an energy boost, and I can definitely feel less fatigue during the day. The capsules are easy to take and haven’t caused any stomach issues. Excited to keep them in my routine.

I did a lot of shopping around for the best value, affordable ginseng product. I could not be happier with the quality of this extract. 1500 mg's (not 'the equivalent of, but actual 1500 mgs per serving) per 2 softgels is an excellent amount per serving, and I believe it actually has the ginsenoside content promised, because the liquid inside the softgels tastes like ginseng but very bitter, which means POTENT and medicinal. I actually feel a clear difference once I take them. No nausea whatsoever....this is a pure and fresh product....it has to be, because they sell hundreds of bottles every month. So you know it's fresh. I am glad I made the right choice buying this...it is far more potent than if I had spent the same amount of money on actual ginseng roots. I will likely purchase again if I can afford it. I could not be happier with it.

The gel cap is quite large and found hard To swallow. I do like the product though
