3M Littmann Classic II Stethescope. A very lovely shade of pink. Crystal Clear. Sound Quality is much improved over my old one. The hose is very flexible in all the best ways. No need to untwist it to finish the task at hand. Ear pieces are not hard plastic, but a medium-firm rubber. A lot more comfortable than the hard plastic standard tips. High Quality stethescope contributes to my accuracy. That is a valuable tool to have around.

The 3M Littmann Classic III is, without a doubt, one of the best investments I have made in my medical team. From the first use, you can see the difference in the clarity of the sound: I can listen to heart, respiratory and breath sounds with impressive clarity. The double-sided diaphragm is very practical, since it allows it to be used in both adults and pediatric patients, and the change between both sides is quick and easy.

I bought the 3M Littmann Classic III stethoscope to help monitor my high blood pressure at home, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Even though I’m not a medical professional, this stethoscope is easy to use and makes it much easier to hear my heartbeat clearly when checking my BP with a manual cuff.The sound quality is incredibly clear and noticeably louder than cheaper models I’ve tried. I can easily hear both the first and last beats (systolic and diastolic), which gives me more confidence in my readings. The soft eartips are super comfortable, and the 27" length gives me plenty of room to work without feeling cramped.It’s also lightweight and well-made — you can tell it's designed to last. I appreciate that the chestpiece doesn’t get cold, which makes it more comfortable to use on my chest or wrist.If you’re managing high blood pressure at home and want something dependable and accurate, I highly recommend this stethoscope. It gives me peace of mind and a sense of control over my health.

I can’t say enough good things about this stethoscope. I wanted to get a new stethoscope for school as ours are not that good. This stethoscope is decently priced for the quality it has. It is very adjustable and comes with multiple earpieces to fit your ears. If you’re looking for a good stuff scope to get you through Nursing school I’d recommend this one.

This is my favorite stethoscope. I did receive a completely different color than I ordered. The box was correct but the product was not. It was a gift and she liked the color that was sent so we let it be.
