Crystals daugter here! this douglas dog is great for an essa! its great for anxity! and it sheds a bit like a real dog so its nice there, its size is about 2 ten year old hands and its superrrr comfy. id also say its age range would be any ages but to be super exact id say from 3-100 its also great value for the price it is! id 100 get this as a present for a kid who likes pets and id also say to use it as an essa, its calming to pet. its also great to add stuff too.

he is quite small but very cute and his fur is very fluffy and soft 10/10 I sleep with him and his quality is great and he has a nice weight to him

It was so cute that another resident stole it. Too bad, I was sorry to see it disappear so fast. That can happen when you are dealing with adults with dementia.

Absolutely adorable! It’s very well made and sturdy but incredibly soft and fluffy at the same time! Just make sure to look at the size first so you know what you are getting. I am using mine as an essa and he is perfect! Definitely worth the money! The second photo is him compared to a 12.5 inch dog

This is a gift to my younger daughter for her birthday but my older daughter saw it first and started crying and repeating “it’s mine”. She’s usually generous and willing to share stuffed animals with her sister. This one is just too cute. Well, I ended up with taking her to a store the next morning and buying her a similar one of her choice (also from Douglas, smaller puppy). One of the best thing about this dog is that it stands by itself while it’s still soft and safe for very young kids (officially for 24 months or up I believe, but I confidently gave to my 1 year). This looks like a real puppy but smaller, making it a great gift to kids who love dogs but don’t have dogs in the house like mine. Pay attention to the dimensions before you buy though. Some may expect a larger size although the quality well justify for the price imo.

Bought the Douglas chocolate lab and the golden retriever. Both are very cute, adorable and soft. Bought them for my nieces aged 6 and 5. They love them. I bought some ribbon to tie a bow around their neck to dress them up. My nieces love them.
