This item is used for providing gentle pressure on your teeth while using aligners (like Invisalign). My orthodontist recommended four times a day, five minutes each time. Before purchasing the chew cylinders I was biting holes through my Invisalign. Now when I am tempted to bite down, I pop one into my mouth and chew on it like a piece of gum. The colorful chewers are scented with fruit or mint flavors, while the white ones have no scent at all. You can smell the scent when held up to your nose, but you don't smell or taste anything when you are chewing on the product. I am very pleased that I took a chance and ordered them. They help with my anxious chewing habit on the Invisaligners. Now my Invisalign last the entire two week period. Before purchasing the chewers, I chewed multiple holes in my braces and then they were so uncomfortable that I was always pulling them out for a break from the unpleasantness of torn plastic in my mouth. I highly recommend this product!

Bought these to replace the ones I got from my orthodontist due to them seeming to have worn out. These are super durable and help me fit my Invisalign trays better. I like that they come with different colors and 10 pairs.

These things are amazing for seating my invisalign trays nice and tight. They also double as a little teether for when the new trays leave your teeth a little sore. I cut them in half, and they work perfect, just like chewing gum. Also since i cut it shorter than normal, i do not experience most of the suction problems many wrote about. And also by cutting it in half, it fits perfectly in my invisalign travel case with the invisalign trays. And now i have double the amount. One (cut into 2 pieces) last me over 2wks. I would say this is a must have for people getting or people already on the invisible treatment. I usually chew mine for about 5mins at a time, and soak in listerine while i brush my teeth at night. Great investment for invisalign!!

5/29/21 edit: I have about 8 of these left since my initial review. Im a heavy and frequent chewer so I bust through a chewie every 7-10 days.Original post: The chewy material is a thicker plastic than the ones I originally had but I love it, the thickness really massages my gums and pushes the trays in place. Sometimes it'll bounce out of my mouth if I chew too vigorously so I hold one end while I chew the other. It fits perfectly in my Invisalign carrying case with both trays inside. There are 4 chewies of each of the 5 colors/flavors. The purple "grape" is a super faint taste (like soaking a jolly rancher in water lol) that was gone by the 2nd da of use. I dont care for flavor because I soak my chewy in mouthwash to clean it, but if you want a strong flavor dont buy these. The paired chewies are sealed in a small baggie, and the baggies are in a large bag so you wont touch all of the chewies at once! Overall I'm satisfied and recommend.

Amazing compared to the straw chewys that dentist gives you. But i bought it too late into my treatment so i have so many left. They are small so care for choking hazard.

The material is not very Durable and it has a strong latex odor. Besides that it’s good for the money

My dental office didnt give me any before I left with my first set but went and ordered these after watching a dentist on tik tok say you need this in your kit. And without a doubt you defiently do! :OThese have came in super handy when I put on a new set for the first day or left my invsialign out for 5-8 hours. Snap them right back in place. I keep it in my carrying case and change them out with every new set so they last a really long time!
