At that age and also on medication where there on time where my digestive track could use a little help. These little red pills are gentle on my stomach, work over night and don’t cause my stomach disturbance to my normal digestive function with occasional use. I am on percocet and was having problems and this cleared me right out but didn't cause problems.

I would like to correct my previous review as it was incorrect for this item. My husband is quite satisfied with the product & would order again. It works as described. The price was good & he had no issues with anything.

They work, eventually. I took two tablets & I got results in 24 hours with no cramping or urgency. On the side of precaution, they look identical to ibuprofen tablets so I would keep these far apart front the ibuprofen tablets if you happen to have them.

I started with 2 at bedtime, then 3 and finally 4 at bedtime plus 4 at Noon... it worked great. I think the right amount is 3 + 3. I'll report later. BTW, I'm 88Update 4/20/25 After several days of experimentation, I have settled on 4 at bedtime and 3 the following morning, every other day. Works without fail.

I'm always fighting constipation thanks to meds so I was glad to find these work well with no cramping. My only complaint is that the plastic smell from the bottle and even from the capsules is SO strong, it's hard to make myself put them in my mouth. I can smell the plastic odor from a few feet away as soon as I open the bottle. Can't be healthy!
