EDOW Throw Pillow Insert, Lightweight Soft Polyester Down Alternative Decorative Pillow, Sham Stuffer, Machine Washable. (White, 16x16)

I am really impressed with how full and filled out this insert works with my actual size cover. I have generally found as a rule that unless I purchase inserts that have a zipper access, thus allowing me to add more filling (and I can’t think of an occasion that I didn’t feel the need to do just that). But with this insert, I inadvertently ordered the actual size insert (18x18) for a cover of the same size when I would have normally ordered a 20x20 insert for a 18x18 cover. This insert is firm and supportive without being hard or uncomfortable should one actual wish to use the pillow as a pillow! This insert fills out the entire pillow cover, has distinct corners and no slack making for a sharp clear image of the design on your decorative pillows. I will absolutely order this brand again. No more re-stuffing brand new pillows for me!

Used for decorative purpose. never saw a pillow that inflated after opening

I looked at the photos of the pillow prior to purchasing it. The side view makes the pillow look twice as thick as it is. It's about an inch or a little above an inch thick. It came packaged in one of the vacuum sealed packages so it was only about 1/4" thick in it's shipping bag. I thought given time it would expand to the size I saw in the photo. I've had it for two weeks now and it hasn't. I've tried fluffing it, that doesn't help.

Couldn’t use in case as size that was suggested. Too small, hard and not a good purchase.

Overall decent Throw pillow, just a little disappointed with the amount of filling inside, too flat for the intended purpose.

I did as another reviewer suggested and put it in the dryer for a bit. Not sure if it helped much.It fits okay, just doesn't balloon out too much. So if for decorative use it's probably perfect.

This pillow has been well fluffed for its photo. Truthfully though, this pillow came in an envelope. For real! It was vacuum sealed, for freshness I guess. It is the limpest, most flaccid pillow I've ever bought. I can barely tell the pillow sham has a pillow in it. The moral of the story is simple... if you want a stiff pillow this one is NOT it.

Item was of good quality. Delivery was very, very swift. Quality of the wrapping was superb. Seller is high-standard. A+!

I thought these were literally a down alternative e.g. stuffed with little pieces of polyester that can be moved around, and that the pillow retains the 'cushion chop'. Not so. Whilst the stuffing is somewhat malleable, its not as malleable as Down. It's effectively a square piece of polyester that doesn't retain the chop.It is soft and quite fluffy when fitted to a smaller cushion cover (I put it into a cover 1 inch smaller).Quality seems OK - no holes poor sewing/material etc.
