LCD screen faulty

The media could not be loaded. The glass screen was perfect but the LCD screen is cracked. I requested another screen but they are saying i need to return this faulty screen....I am all the way from trinidad & tobago. I want the screen but am afraid to reorder next thing its faulty again!
