I hope I caught my review in time before it was posted, I had dinged a star because I thought I'd only gotten 5 or 6. Well today another box showed up! So without a doubt, this is a 5-star purchase and I am changing my review. I didn't mean to be unfair, I just didn't know it was coming in 2 packages. So here's the good things I'd noted, and I have no complaints what so ever:I'm happy though, they got here, and looked very vigorous, as if they were growing in the box! Roots were still damp too. I've never had arbor vitae before so this is an experiment, if I can just have a couple live and grow I'll be happy. All of mine I'd say were a good 18" too.

Received on time. All but 3 out of 10 are making it after 3 months.

Purchased two sets of ten trees. The first ten I received were a little small, but within the advertised lengths. Unfortunately there are a couple that have a lot of brown so I'm concerned they won't make it. The second set was much bigger, much greener are a lot healthier.

We ordered 25 plants and we are vrey pleased. We've used this shrub before and they are fairly fast growing so we were not at all put off by the plant size. The last time we brought this type of shrub we paid almost 10 times as much for a plant not much bigger than what we had here. We planted the shrubs four months ago and have not lost one yet. If these shrubs are available next spring we'll be getting more.

I was skeptical buying trees online. These trees arrived very well packaged, no broken plants. The plants looked very healthy and hearty. The root balls are large and healthy as well. I am surprised and pleased. If you are looking for this type of tree, this is the place to buy. I purchased from a large, well advertised tree center and it was horrible. Not only more expensive, but sad little trees.

My Thujas were shipped by Fedex on Friday and arrived on Sunday. Very well packaged, green, moist and fresh. Very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend this company

I was hoping that the company would get back to me on my complaint and replace At least some of the trees. I feel like I wasted my $ time and effort’s. I have over 20+ garden experience, I really feel the reason why these evergreen trees died was the way they were shipped and package. They had no soil the roots were really dry etc.Eight trees out of 10 died within the first two weeks. And I’m amazed that I had two that survived but they are the exact same size as they came. I would like for someone to get back with me to see if we can replace these trees I bought.

I was going to order from on online tree place but I saw these on amazon for a fraction of the price and though I would give it a shot. The first order came in perfect shape. The trees were green and healthy. Put them in water and planted them the next day. The second order, the trees were not in as good a shape. Not sure if they spent too much time boxed up in transit. These were a lot more brown. We did the same, put them in water and planted the next day. I've been giving them lots of water and they are starting to look better. I think they will recover. They are starting to turn green again. Will update the review after a few more weeks.
