Q: Does this lathe come with live center, drive center and a face plate? The items listed in the box are just the lathe parts. What sizes?

Yes it does, but i did order a cup live center as i prefer it to the included cone live centers. The PM2014 is a superb tool. The laguna mid size lathe is considered to be the standard for mid size lathes. The PM2014 is in another league. It matches the features of full size PM or Laguna but in a footprint suitable for a small shop. I didn’t order the stand, as i made my own. Do not buy the lathe from JBtools, terrible people to work with. The lathe was damaged in shipment. I signed for it as i didn’t see any damage. Their response, tough luck. I talked to Powermatic and Amazon, both helped me to resolve the issue. Powermatic provides First Rate Support, as did Amazon ! I would never hesitate to buy anything from Powermatic, beautifully made, almost over built. Don’t see that often. Great tool, A lifetime well spent investment. Expensive, but If you can afford it, highly recommended !

Q: What is the 115 volt power source

The input power is 1phase,120 volt,1hp, 3 PH,230v ,60Hz, 1720 RPM,3 amp. You can look this up Powermatic model PM2014

Q: In an unboxing video, I've seen the headstock removed and set aside by a single person. Any idea what the headstock alone weighs?

No but the unit weighed about 320lbs. The lathe is mostly cast iron. I was able to pick it up and place it on the rail.I'd say, about 80- 100 lbs.
