Absolutely brilliant
The media could not be loaded. This item is well packed and all the parts are packaged in individual bags which is nice. I have had sinusitis on and off for years, I usually use Sterimar Isotonic Nasal Hygiene Sprays which are ok but are very expensive if you want to flush your sinuses out at £7-8 per bottle! This is a very inexpensive way of properly flushing your passageways out. This comes with 60 saline packets, so this is a bargain. I did a video which wasn’t meant to be a review but to show my first time ever using this. It wasn’t unpleasant at all. It feels more unusual than uncomfortable. I could talk while I was doing it. This design is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this. I can not honestly find a fault with it. Take care and stay safe 👍🏻

Easy and comfortable
I have had a chronic sinus infection last year and what I think may be another beginning. I have tried sterimar nasal spray as a deep clean but nothing flows through my other nostril. This product has left my nasal passages feeling the clearest they have in ages after the first use.I was shocked to find that I could hardly feel the rinse in my nose at all. It has left a little bit of a tickle afterwards but I anticipated a shock/discomfort and it was fine. The thermometer is a fab idea but absolutely fails at its job. It took me a while to figure out that you need to stick it to the bottle but the indicator doesn't change at all. I ended up using a digital thermometer. In the time it's taken me to write this,my sinuses have begun to burn faintly, nothing miserable, just a faint pain. I will be happy to use this product again.

Nasal Relief in a Practical Package
The Neti Pot Sinus Rinse Kit promises a comprehensive nasal cleansing experience, combining convenience and practicality. As someone who values respiratory health, this product caught my attention, but let's examine both its potential benefits and drawbacks.Positives:1. Comprehensive Kit: With a 300ml neti pot, 60 packets of nasal wash salt, and instructions, this kit provides everything you need for multiple nasal rinses, making it a cost-effective and convenient choice.2. Large Capacity: The 300ml bottle allows for ample solution to be prepared, ensuring a thorough nasal rinse without the need for frequent refills.3. Precise Salt Measurements: The pre-measured salt packets take the guesswork out of preparing the saline solution, promoting consistency and simplifying the process.4. Temperature Guide: The inclusion of a temperature bar on the packaging helps users achieve the recommended comfortable water temperature for nasal irrigation, enhancing the overall experience.5. Versatility: With separate nasal tips, this kit can be used by both adults and children (under supervision), making it a practical choice for families.Negatives:1. Learning Curve: Proper use of a neti pot may require some practice and technique to avoid discomfort or potential complications, especially for first-time users.2. Potential for Contamination: If not cleaned and maintained properly, neti pots can harbor bacteria or other contaminants, potentially leading to infections or adverse reactions.3. Individual Tolerance: Some individuals may experience discomfort, stinging, or adverse reactions to the saline solution, especially if they have sensitive nasal passages or underlying conditions.4. Temporary Relief: While nasal irrigation can provide relief from congestion or sinus issues, it is typically a temporary solution and may not address the root cause of persistent or chronic conditions.Overall, the Neti Pot Sinus Rinse Kit offers a practical and cost-effective approach to nasal cleansing and irrigation. With its comprehensive components and user-friendly design, it can be a valuable addition to one's respiratory health routine. However, it's essential to follow the instructions carefully, maintain proper hygiene, and consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any underlying conditions or experience persistent discomfort. As with any nasal or sinus treatment, moderation and caution are advised.

The best I’ve used
When I was using this product for the first time I thought there’s no way this is going to work but I was wrong. I’ve used the Neilmed squeezy bottle for years which is ok but this is better. When you use this you get a trickle of water flowing from your nose which doesn’t really feel like it’s going to be that good but afterwards my nose felt cleaner and clearer than it’s been for a long time. I’ve suffered with a stuffy nose, no smell or taste for 20 years. It’s infuriating at times particularly when you have to keep explaining to people that you can’t smell or taste and they think it’s amusing which it’s most certainly not! Not being able to enjoy food and not being able to smell virtually anything is very frustrating hence the reason I’ve been trying to find something to help with that for a very long time. I’ve had good success with prednisone steroids but unfortunately you can’t stay on them for very long unless you want to do your body serious harm. This safer natural approach although not perfect has definitely helped recently even after a short period of time. I do believe that I’ve even started to get some sort of taste and smell improvement which is fantastic. I’m still using my ongoing prescription nasal spray a long with this product which I imagine I’ll continue to do so but eventually I’d like to try ween off the nasal spray and see what happens. I boil tap water in a kettle and allow it to cool down until it’s luke warm and then add it to the bottle. You get about 60 nasal rinse salt sachets with this purchase which will last 30 days assuming you use the product twice a day. I use it first thing in the morning and about an hour before I go to bed. You can buy the Neilmed sachets afterwards which will be fine. Don’t be tempted to use any nasal rinsing devices without the salt sachets as I’ve found out the hard way once when I ran out and just used neat tap water. The sachets soften the water and without them added it’s really uncomfortable, almost a burning irritation. Not pleasant ! Definitely worth a look if you’re a long term Hayfever or allergy sufferer like myself. You might be surprised. Good luck
