I purchased this refurb for my home office. Works just like the one in my work office. Couldn't be happier.

For those customers who are looking to buy a 8851 Cisco phone please be aware that many of the phones ordered are CUCM phones meaning that they only work with Cisco Software, these phones will not work with a aplication like FreePBX or 3CX or similar pbx softwares. Though if you know people who are in the IT industry who know how to set these up do not buy. Overall the quality of the phone is okay it is in great condition. You have been warned... Unless you know what you are doing.

We've bought quite a few and they've come in good shape. After a quick reset, we are able to set them up and deploy them without any issues

The audio quality is very good.

The media could not be loaded. Device is stuck in a boot cycle. It will not connect to network or tftp server. Device never accesses network. The MAC address never shows up in the address table.

The phones I received were very worn and scratch all over.

Didn’t come with a power supply and still do t have one…
