Elveden Fresh British Potatoes - 1X25Kg

Really good quality at a reasonable price, much better than local purchases, plenty of flavour, enjoyed them chipped, roasted, boiled & mashed. Will buy again.

Good mixture of sizes. Couple of mouldy spuds but to be expected. Good all round potato. Buy yourself an eye remover you'll need it .

I've had chips ,mash cold spuds n salad and pasta I had them 5th April it's now June they've sprouted but a lot are still har,d I kept them in the bag in the box , and if ya have a garden put them in your soil youl get great spuds from them or use a bucket then youl get some if ya money ba k when you get spuds from them and good spuds youl have I can't really complain about them they've been good the only downfall is there was ot alot of big spuds for doing jacket spuds or chios that did annoy me but I made use if them still the price could be cheaper£12 is about the right price for top spuds depends if there new or old spuds next time I might look closer to home in the fruit n veg wholesale where they are cheaper.new view 5th nov 2024 just arrived a day early opened the wet bag 25kg and ten spuds where a bigger size the rest where very very small unable to do chips with these or scollopped very disapointed the other bag was bigger spuds and the price of them is unbeilvable farmer p said they seen me coming and hes right its the last time from here il find cheaper better and maybe closer farmers such a let down 2 stars this time delivivery man was great 5 stars for him

Bought many sacks of these potatoes - always lovely and fresh, clean and have a good size range (from huge whoppers to smaller golf ball size). They have never come as sprouting and have lasted well over 3 months in a dark box. Smooth skinned and easy to peel. Cook well. Great for mash/chips/roasts/jackets.LATEST ORDER - MAY 2024 - THIS BATCH ARRIVED AND WHEN OPENED SMELLED AWFUL - THE PHOTO SAYS IT ALL - CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CAME LIKE THIS (DIFFERENT PACKAGING MIGHT MEAN DIFFERENT SUPPLIER) AS PREVIOUSLY THEY HAVE BEEN LOVELY POTATOES!!!!!!!

I Received my order today. Appears to.be.a Good product.

The potatoes were lovely and big, scrubbed clean but every potato that I cut into had big black areas and in the middle a brown line. I can not use the potatoes for jacket potatoes. I’m cutting out so much of the potatoes that it is not worth spending the extra money. I would not buy again. Very disappointing!!

Potatoes arrived on time and were washed, however many of them were damaged and many had black patches inside only revealed when peeled and or sliced so a very mixed bag overall.
