Can you use this on a mobility scooter?

Not that familiar with a Mobility scooter. Is it a 3 wheeler (one front wheel?) If that is what it is there could be a problem finding a good place to mount the oxygen tank holder. The holder I purchased was mounted on the rear of a Quickie top end powerchair. It has handlebars similar to those in the picture with the item so pretty much installed it the same as shown on a push wheelchair....the two top straps attached to the upper handlebars and the bottom secured to the frame. Again, if the Mobility scooter is the 3 wheeled model it would attach quite differently because those scooters are quite different from a 4 wheel chair

Will this work for a extra large wheel chair

the item is shown mounted on a push wheelchair. I mounted the holder on an electric powerchair but the key is the handlebars. The push wheelchairs handlebars are quite similar to our powerchair...probably about 24 inches between handlebars. Depending on the extra large wheelchair, if the distance between the two handlebars is a lot more than 24 inches, the upper straps on the holder would not reach. On my powerchair (should say the wife's) the bottom of the holder is attached to the two powerchair tiedown loops

How do you adjust so it doesn't poke in back?

If you loosen the straps and adjust them on the handle bar and on the bars under the seat. If that doesn't work you can also lay it across the handle and strap it on.

Will it work with rollator walker?

It might as long as the holder can attach to the legs of the walker and the tank will fit in the front of the walker . I suggest you look at the picture to see how it’s attached

Great product

A lot longer than I expected but easily shortened by rolling from the bottom and fastening to the wheelchair. Fits the tank perfectly otherwise. Sturdy construction

Works great, but e-tank hits patient in upper back or head

This is a great, inexpensive alternative to an oxygen generator. It is well made, sturdy, and holds the oxygen tank perfectly and conveniently. Unfortunately it holds the tank and regulator right up against the back of the chair, which hits the patient in the upper back and/or in the back of the head. We remedied this by loosening the holder so it wasn't so tight against the chair, and then putting a well padded diaper over the regulator and top of the tank so the patient's head and upper back wouldn't hit it.

Mostly a good product

It carries an oxygen tank like it is supposed to. However, it didn't take but a few months before the "plastic" snap in clips on the top straps both broke. I replaced them with Velcro straps. Also, definitely need some muscle getting the tank in and out - it can be a little tricky. But for the price... it's ok.
