This is a very nice battery storage case for the average user. Sure, there are larger cases with more storage but I don't need to keep 100-200 batteries on hand. Most of my battery use is for AA and AAA. This case gives 21 holes for AA and 24 holes for AAA and that is plenty for me. I can keep some D & C sized (4 holes each) for what few flashlights I have that take those sizes. There a 4 holes for 9 volt batteries. The only 9 volt device I have is a voltage meter and that battery last for years but it's nice I can store a couple. The case is sized just right for a drawer and seems well constructed with smooth operating zippers. The foam is super dense but very smooth.It holds batteries firmly but are easily removable with your fingertips. What sold me on this was the color. While most cases like this are black, this is that Harris Tweed grey color. This will make it easy to find out of my many black storage cases I have in this size range. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this thing. I didn't know how desperately I needed it until I got it. I always tend to buy batteries on an emergency basis -- like when the smoke detector starts going off. And I always end up buying packs of 4+ because they're cheaper. But then I don't need the other two. For years. So they disappear. And all of a sudden I found this. Lots of spaces and a handle and a zipper to keep them all tidy. The price was perfect. The case itself is hard and about the size of a lunch box so it's easy to store and retrieve. The spaces are sized for the batteries. Some are filled with foam rubber and some are empty. There's a storage space for the battery tester, too.

You're looking at something like this because you have a bunch of loose batteries laying around, just like me. I wanted to organize them into one place and this storage container is a good option. The foam is firm enough to hold the batteries pretty solidly in place, yet soft enough to expand and accommodate sizes not specifically mentioned in the list (for example I have CR123's in the slots for AA).The 4 star rating is due to the cost and the "hard case". The case isn't hard in the sense that it's rigid; it's semi-hard instead, having some flexibility. The cost for what you get seems a bit on the high side as well.

I like that it came with a tester. It's a good size and can fit a lot of batteries. Zipper and case look sturdy.

I am very glad I purchased this storage system. I have always had a problem with organizing my batteries. Now they have a place and I have a tool to check to see if they still have voltage or I should get rid of them and they fit in my drawer.

So many of these cases are just too big for one/two persons needs. This is ideal. I rarely need D cell batteries but I do sometimes, and same for C. Most of my need is for AA or smaller, and this is perfect for that. I have 3 smoke detectors, so I have a place for the 9 volt batteries for those; I have flashlights, toys, and tv remotes that need AA & AAA all the time, so I have plenty of those, and I have clocks and watches and gadgets that need coin batteries and there are slots AND a zippered mesh pocket for those. Perfect. The case itself is very sturdy, and the battery tester is simple but effective. I will be filling a few of these with batteries and giving them as gifts next Christmas.

This is a great storage for all your batteries. Finally have all batteries in one place and at a glance I know where batteries I am running low on.
