Great Replacement for our Fifth Wheel
This tri-fold sofa replaced an air mattress sofa in our 5th wheel. It was delivered very quickly and so easy to unpack and move into the RV. Like some others have said, no instructions to assemble but we found a YouTube video that explains it quite well.It's a game changer for us. It sits so comfortable and my brother-in-law slept on it for 11 days while on a trip with us said it sleeps well too. So easy to convert from sofa to a bed.The color is a bit lighter than I would have liked but I bought a sofa cover to put over it to make it more pet friendly. I'm just sorry I didn't get this sooner.

Replaced our original sleeper couch.
After putting up with the original sleeper couch that came with our 5th wheel, we replaced it with the Thomas Payne Tri Fold and what a difference, should have done this sooner. The couch is very comfortable and the sleeper is the best I've slept on.

Box came VERY damaged! The Amazon home delivery system was so bad, a dozen phone calls and a day late delivery, I didn’t dare send it back and try again.Sofa seems fine, but am missing the hardware to attach the back of couch. Am very disappointed thus far.

Comfort? Customer Service?
Product arrived requiring assembly, but NO instructions -- just bags of screws and nails. No predrilled clues. Contacted Seller and Manufacturer -- both sent a PDF for "Replacements and Maintenance" but NO help in putting this together in the first place. Did my best, but it feels like a pull-out, not like a real bed as promised.

Great couch/sleeper
Very happy with this couch! Replaced the original “pleather peeling” one and very pleased with the quality of this one and sits comfortably, sleeps comfortably!

Not worth it.
Now I really liked this when we first got it but after 3 years it is falling apart. The material is breaking apart on this and out theater seating we purchased. Will never buy this brand again.
