This Book is Perfect!
I love this book and the points within it. It has worked extremely well for me to communicate with my son, how to be observant of his own temperament, level of irritability, and when it’s time to “reset”. He began playing ABC Mouse, and simple race car video games in April of this year due to the circumstances of this crazy time. He turned 5 at the end of August and up until this year, I was very passionate about monitoring the amount of TV he would watch. My husband allowed him many more games, some learning and some not. It had become a way to “wind down”. After much thought, I really wanted to adjust what and the amount of his electronic interaction yet I had a hard time getting him to recognize why I would drive a “reset” as he simply enjoyed spending time playing.Thank goodness for this book to help me communicate the three R’s!I’ve always read to my since since he was a newborn, and it helped us read through potty training, traveling in an airplane, starting new schools, and more. If this is your mode of operating (leveraging books to understand life situations), I highly recommend this book as a way to help your child see that getting “Unplugged” isn’t a bad thing and it can bring calm and coolness to your child!

Buy them all
I purchased this as a mom for my little guy and loved it so much that I researched all the ninja books and have been begging my principal to order them for our school library! The titles/topics all hit on genuine little people (and big) experiences, feelings and emotions. The books provide appropriate and achievable ways to regroup and center oneself and helps bring mindfulness to the front and center

Good read
It’s little expensive for small book ! But over all during lock down , my kids were using iPad more then they should . My 7 years son read this book and help him understand how he can keep him self busy and engage in other fun activities as well . He was getting angry when we ask him to unplug iPad , now he understand that’s is also normal and to get away with that he can try some thing fun that works . He loved the book over all !

Love this series!
My boys, as they get older and play more on their Xbox games, needed to hear another perspective other than Dad & Mom nagging them about how too much screen time takes away from playing outside. This Until lugged Ninja story had the best message for them. It also, like all the other ninja books, offered 4 solutions to understand the message. I have also purchased Gritty Ninja and Confident ninja. I love this series! Don’t sleep on them. Great tool for kids emotions and parents resources.

Good stuff
My 7 year old and I both needed this book. It served as a reminder that there are other ways to occupy our time, other than electronics. I noticed a change in my daugher that she is now being more mindful as to other ways to have fun without being "Plugged In" 24/7. I'm glad we came across this book. I wish there were a deal to purchase several more from this series at a discounted rate because we want to read them all. I would love to give them as gifts for Christmas as well.

One small problem? Maybe?
I enjoyed this book. It seems like it is written for my childs age-group (he's 3). The only problem I have with it is that it talks about being addicted to your phone. Most preschoolers/early El Ed don't have phones yet. Maybe being addicted to their tablet would've been a better option.Of course maybe that's meant to call us parents out and remind us this book is for us too.I definitely like the 3 Rs.I look forward to reading the other books in the series.

My Kids Enjoy It
The book is very cute and I really like the message. I do find the writing to not flow well and the images are pretty rudimentary, but my children don’t seem to notice. They seem to enjoy the book and I appreciate reading it to them. I really like the solutions to unplugging from electronics. It’s nice to show those examples to the kids.

My son loved this one as we always tell him he’s on his devices too much.
I have a 5 yr old ninja loving kiddo who is always on devices. We take them away but then he’ll wake up early before anyone’s up to play on them. We just found this series and are loving the different titles to help teach strategies for things that we can work on especially with everything going on in the world right now it seems that emotions and feelings are extremely strong and high. Will be buying more for sure!

Love this series! This book has a really important message for kids AND adults.
I love this cool series, and this book may possibly be the most important one so far! In a world where kids and their parents are often too busy staring at phones and electronic devices to interact or notice life going on around them, this book offers easy tips to follow on how to avoid screen addiction and enjoy the simple, lower stress, pleasures of life without your electronics. Just as important for many adults as well as kids!

Very good little book
Great little book for my 5yo to learn a bit how to manage the emotions which come with too much screen time or the desire to have a screen time when parent's don't allow. It is written in an interesting way, short, clear and useful messages. I recommend!
