Excellent spoons. To the critics, what do you expect for around £2.00 per spoon? You could buy a nice smooth polished one for five times the price on OXO. These are a little rough around the edges to start with and perhaps some of the measurements aren’t quite exact to the millimetre, but they are really fine for every day cooking. You can’t get wood splinters out of these, they are beech wood. I’d buy them again.

Seem well made. Fine through the dishwasher. Like the long handles. Some reviews comment on the small heads, but the 12" version seem fine. Maybe a little smaller than some of my other wooden spoons but perfectly adepquate for cooking. You can never have enough wooden spoons!

After 4.5 months of using these I'm still disappointed. The edges are rough - after every hand wash I have to remove fibres that they pulled off my washing-up sponge. The surface comes untreated so they soak up stains (Eg. Curry or blackberries) very easily, which take a lot of use/ washes to subside. None of my six spoons have broken though and they're still totally usable so I can't fault them for that.

Excellent wooden spoons. They don't have any polish on them so it can't leach into the food. I didn't have to sand them down. They were smooth when I got them. They've not cracked or broken. They don't smell. They are the right size for me. I can't think of anything else that could go wrong with a wooden spoon. So I'm happy with these.

These are really nice wooden spoons - good quality.

Good for the price, nice long handles to prevent getting my hands burnt. The spoon end is small but to be honest for mixing and stirring it’s all I need.
