I’ve tried running it through the wash, but unfortunately, the sweat stains remain. If you are using this for heavy work in the heat, be prepared for it to show some wear and tear quickly. Summary Pros: Rugged canvas material, easy adjustment, and a cool side-logo design. Cons: Shows salt stains easily; sweat marks are difficult to wash out of the fabric. Bottom Line: This is a tough, stylish cap that fits perfectly. Just be aware that if you're a heavy sweater, the dark canvas might hold onto those salt stains permanently.

the materials are what you would expect out of Carhartt. Durable canvas, ordered the black one and it's a true black. Not some vintage or faded black like some other hats. I haven't been able to test the sweat bad as we're in cooler weather right now. The crown is very shallow meaning it sit's pretty high up on your head often referred to as low profile. If that's not your style then this isn't for you. It is an unstructured hat too so easy to pack in a bag or in a pocket.

This cap took about three seconds to become my favorite! Carhartt quality and style, how can ya go wrong? And I think I need a couple more!

Great material and fit, cap is a bit shallow, tho.

It’s a very nice all around hat and perfect for the summer time because of the wicking. However I have a 7-3/4” head and although this hat fits, it’s a little “short”. It sits a little high. I also bought the other version with the leather logo on the front and that fits perfectly. This version is still great though and works for 90% of the activities I use it for.

I've only had this for a few days and only bought it because of a bad haircut, but 10/10 worth to buy. I have a rounded face shape and I feel like it matches any day outfit. This hat can be a everyday hat.

Nice hat! Quality brand. Fits great and doesn't hit the ears. Comfortable and adjustable. Fits same as the ones with the leather square logo on the front. These hats last years and are washable. Top notch canvas. Daily wear

Carhartt is one of my favorite brands, but these hats are just too big.

My favourite. I have this in green, and grey also! Great fit. They take a while to fade out and after serveral washes.
