Great Book!
I love this book! It provides excellent examples and clearly explains the EDI model. I use this model frequently when teaching.

Genius level of common sense
Although at first glance this appears to be an insignificant book about education, one more in a pile of thousands, it is in reality revolutionary. I was so blown away that I told my friends that it manifested a "genius level of common sense". The authors should be congratulated for their efforts on behalf of children everywhere. All of this sounds like mere hyperbole, but it is not.

Crash Course in making courses work
I got this book to help me with course design for my upcoming homeschooling endeavor. The book is a great introduction to creating a lesson plan and single lesson for instruction that keeps attention and helps things flow from day to day, week to week, and lesson to lesson.Overall, this is more aimed at classroom rather than the homeschooling that I'm going for. But the overall ideas and concepts are still applicable to my situation. The course book is laid out in a meaningful manner and the overarching order makes sense. The idea of the book is just basic items and can truly been understood and implemented by almost anyone with just a bit of practice and thoughtfulness for your situation.

Doesn't appear to be a new book
The content of the book is great but I was shipped a "new" book that had a nasty sticky black blob on the front cover about the size of a quarter. I didn't want to come off. Plus the cover looked like someone had scratched the finish off at the bottom right side. I am a teacher and need this book for learning new information so I will keep this copy but I am far from impressed.
