I'm using this on my dump trailer and it works flawlessly, get fit and built rugged. It you take care if it, it should last a very long time.

The assembly itself was fine except that it leaked.
I am using on a boat trailer. I purchased this but did not install it for maybe 4 months. It has leaked since the day I put it in. If it hadn't been so many months since the purchase , I would have tried to return it. It works great other than the fact that I have to add fluid to it before and after every trip. Really helps with stopping the trailered boat. I could feel a big difference in how quickly my truck stopped when this devoce was installed.

Make sure to make hole long enough to put brake line through so it doesnt kink attaching to coupler

Solenoid leaked from factory
The lockout solenoid leaked where threaded into the master cylinder. Tightened to fix leak and solenoid broke. I have been unable to find a fitting that will not leak and thus brakes do not work. You would think they would test at the factory to make sure there are no leaks.
